Empowering next‑generation leaders and researchers

The CSRI Graduate Scholars Program is a 6‑month, high‑impact mentoring and development experience for emerging scholars who are preparing for master’s and PhD programs in the US, UK, Canada, and beyond. Designed by the Center for Science Research and Innovation (CSRI), the program connects academically strong, purpose‑driven students with mentors, resources, and networks that help them take the next step in their research and professional journey.

 Program Aims

The CSRI Graduate Scholars Program is built around five core aims:

  1. One‑on‑one mentee–mentor matching with academic experts

Scholars are paired individually with experienced academics and researchers whose expertise aligns with their interests, goals, and background.

  1. Academic grant and research resources

Participants gain access to guidance, tools, and curated resources to strengthen research skills, identify funding opportunities, and prepare for competitive grant and fellowship applications.

  1. Graduate school preparation

The program supports scholars through the full graduate‑school application journey—from exploring programs and building a strong profile, to preparing personal statements, CVs, and interviews.

  1. Career pathway exploration

Scholars learn about different career routes in academia, industry, public policy, clinical practice, and innovation, and how to align their strengths and values with long‑term impact.

  1. Networking opportunities

The program creates spaces to connect with peers, mentors, and professionals across continents, helping scholars build lasting relationships and collaborative opportunities.
